Sander found his passion about finance next to studying psychology whilst first year in University. Always fascinated with human behavioral studies he started working at 19 years old in one of the biggest banks in the Baltics as a sales manager. With a strong sales profile he quickly started managing sales teams and was the Head of Sales for the bank managing their sales & business development team of nearly 100 people.

When looking for new challenges in professional life he finished his legal studies and decided to plunge into the world of Fintech. Helping 2 big fintech startup-ups to grow their revenue 50-100% YoY and becoming the key person to make deals with banks and financial institutions in Spain, Poland, Mexico and other key markets.

Focused on building the trust and finding innovative solutions for partners and clients – Sander has the unique way to find the key points where to boost revenues by seeing the low-hanging fruits and quick wins for immediate impact. Furthermore developing technical solutions to find the edge to beat competition.

As of now Sander is a Co-Founder in a pan-European stock broker startup Fundvest, responsible for sales, client relations and fundraising. Additionally working as a contractor in a big Fintech company as business development and sales director.

From very early on, Nano Novoa combined his studies in General Economics with computer development and Internet marketing, focusing his professional career on the world of consulting and business development.

He has actively collaborated in the business development of large companies in the online world such as Teknoland, Advertising.com of the AOL Group and TradeDoubler as top commercial manager.

With more than 10 years of experience and a deep knowledge of the national advertising landscape, he founded Smart4ads, a 360 digital Marketing Agency as responsible for business development for the different Media Centers and direct clients.
